"As an end user, I never really got an answer from consultants on how to set up a process whenever there was a bottle neck in reporting to management. In these 40 hour session, I understood from an end user perspective - how, for what purpose, from where the system is capturing and how I can configure the same myself as this session gave end user knowledge as well configuration knowledge.

I have never come across a session where in 40 hours in a summary someone has explained fico module so transparently and best part being a costing person benefit from this session was that  major portion is of CO module which is something rare.
